When you buy a lot of items, you get a discount. Would that be called a quantity discount?

"I was just on the phone with one of the employees at the Ministry of Agriculture."

I came across this sentence quite recently and I'm not quite sure about the preposition before the word 'ministry'.

"I made a note of everything you have ordered so far."

"I made a note of everything you ordered."

"I have made a note of everything you have ordered.

I would be most likely to use the first two sentences, but I think that all of them are correct.

I know that there are slight differences. However, they all sound quite good to my ear.

Thank you.
