HI, is this sentence grammatically correct? And do I have to capitalize the alphabet of M-Mother?

Set in the kingdom of Mahishmati, it follows the adventure of Amrendra, who has been announced as the next king of Mahishmati Kingdom by Queen mother Sivagami.

I don't understand what you mean by "the alphabet of M-Mother". However, "Queen Mother" is a title here so the "M" should be capitalised. More usual would be "adventures" rather than "adventure".
