Please explain these

Mark henry weds puja and after marriage puja will become puja henry haha just joke not meant for any individual if that so then I could have tag so many puja's haha

This is caption of a photo that I wanted to tag some of friends named as puja and here I want to know in that case is it ok to use "if that so" or should I have used "if so" please explain
