In 5 minutes of whatsapp conversation if i want to ask someone whether she jas saved my no or not, how could I ask

Didn't you save my number

Haven't you saved my number

I would be inclined to ask directly without the negative: 'Have you saved my number?' or 'Did you save my number?' if you expected her to have saved it at an earlier time.
