The issue is that the sentence is not idiomatic. In other words, nobody says that. There is no reason for using the future. It seems you're trying to say one of the following:

Who doesn't enjoy eating what they like?
Who wouldn't enjoy eating what they like?

I didn't find it incorrect but to some extent, I knew it may be unnatural.
One question here; how do you differentiate between idiomatic and natural?
