Hello
I have confused between present perfect continue and present continue for example ,both have the same using as for changes in this example and this is from advanced grammar book :
The growing number of visistors is damaging the footpath.
We have been subscribing to one of the satellite TV companies
Sales have been increasing for some time.
so , can we in these example to replace one tense to another and I want the explanation in context of these sentences to understand what do mean these examples .
