Please point out the mistakes in this piece:

My wife underwent Embryo Transfer treatment for pregnancy. This was the third time she had undergone this treatment as both of the earlier attempts were not successful. The doctors who administered this treatment on her have advised her to strictly avoid climbing stairs.
