1. This is one of the buildings that (belong/belongs) to my uncle.
2. Sally is the one of the passengers who (has / have ) survived the air crash.
3 She is the only one of the girls that (speak/ speaks) French.

I think number 1 is belong.
number 2 is have
number 3 is speaks

please explain what's wrong and how to solve?

Sally is one of the passengers who have survived the air crash.
Sally is the one passenger who has survived the air crash.

They have different meanings, of course: in the second, she is the sole survivor.
