Hello!
I have a problem with understanding an English sentence that I have to translate. I feel that it does not have a predicate. Could you help me?

"People completely out of touch with the notion that making an effort with your appearance is a kind of politeness to others".

I would say you were right. That is not a sentence. Simplified, it reads like this: "People who are this way", which is obviously not a complete sentence.

  • As a matter of fact, I'd say all you have is a subject, and nothing else.
