what is the difference between these two sentences ?

He is decided to eat in our restaurant .
ha has decided to eat in our restaurant .

Top answer

If you replace ha with He and remove the space before the full stop/period, the second sentence is correct. The first sentence is ungrammatical. However, you could say very emphatically: He is resolved/determined to eat in our restaurant.
