Hi

Please point out the mistakes in this letter.

Dear Sir

I would like to inform you that my wedding is going to take place during the last week of June 2016.

I need to be at home by the 20th of that month to take care of the preparations for the wedding.

Hence,please grant me leave from 19th June to 3rd July.

I will rejoin work after summer vacation, on the 12th of September.
