Hello everybody. I was wondering if anyone here could kindly answer this question please?

Is the following sentence correct?

"The hotel's comfortable and the weather's attractive."

If not, why would the speaker make the mistake assuming they are non-native?

Thank you in advance

" The word "attractive" is an odd choice. It's not, normally used in the context of weather. Pleasant , great or nice would be more common and natural choices.
