sorry if it's a stupid question because i'm a newbie
when we say for example: "Use.... if necessary/if possible etc. " does it mean it's "if it is* necessary" or "if *it is possible ?"
i mean is it some kind of short form and we shouldn't use verb & pronoun or it's correct this way and doesn't need verb
