Could you tell me if this report is fine in terms of grammar and style?
On Monday, 5th May 2015, we formally began our discussions on the planning and execution of the literacy programme for the conductors.
The class was divided into two groups with one group comprising 12 members and the other comprising thirteen. Each group selected a few student coordinators.
It was decided that the students of 10 B would teach the conductors non-verbal communication and the students of 10 A would teach verbal communication. Thus both the groups will together focus on effective communication.
Then, each group began the deliberations on the lesson plan and the role each member would play for the successful conduct of the lesson.
Our SEWA teacher guided us in the grouping and discussions.
We will present our lesson plan for the first class on Thursday, 7th May 2015.
