Do I need to use "the" in front of "characteristics"? Can I use "a cross-cultural world" after "additional questions"? Or Do I need to use "an additional question?"

**The above studies relate to my topic because they indicate the characteristics of global nomads. Additional questions or issues that still remain are a cross-cultural world.

"the characteristics" is right, but I wonder if "indicate" is the best verb. " a cross-cultural world" does not agree grammatically with "question s or issue s ", but changing to "an additional question ... is" still wouldn't be right because "a cross-cultural world" is not a question.

  • is" still wouldn't be right because "a cross-cultural world" is not a question.
  • Make sure you mean "cross-cultural" and not "multi-cultural".

Thank you for your response. Is the following right?
An additional question or issue that still remains is education in Koryo.

Perhaps it would be accepted in a loose sense, but again I feel unconvinced that "education in Koryo" can be a "question".

Thanks. How about "an additional issue that still remains is education in Koryo" instead of "question"?

That's better. It may be better still if you can say what it is about education in Koryo that is an issue, unless this has already just been mentioned in the previous text.
