Hi

Please point out the grammatical errors in this letter.

Dear Sir
We would like to convey our wholehearted thanks for the consideration you have always had for staff welfare and especially with regard to the recent increment in our salary.

We promise you that we will continue to work for the glory of our organisation with much more enthusiasm and dedication.

We would like to draw your attention to the fact that, with the increment in our salary, the amount we pay for our accommodation has been raised. Now, each family has been asked to pay Rs 650 - Rs 450  for house rent and Rs 250  for internet- a month. Thus, we are in a position wherein we are to pay a considerable amount of our monthly earnings for accommodation and internet. This really makes us sad because we are unable to set aside adequate amount for our family’s monthly needs, let alone saving for our future.

We would be immensely grateful to you if you consider annulling the recent decision to increase the staff contribution for the accommodation from Rs 250 to Rs 400.

At this juncture, we would like to tell you that we are more than willing to move to those accommodation facilities where three or four families live in separate portions in the same building. We sincerely hope that you would consider our plea and come out with a decision in the interest of our families.

Thank you

Yours sincerely
