Hi guys,
I'm trying to do my English homework on the nominative and objective cases. I am given a sentence with a choice of which pronoun to use, and must pick the correct one and give the reason. My four choices for reasons are:
-Predicate nominative (N)
-Subject of action verb (N)
-Object of verb (O)
-Object of preposition (O)
There are some that are I know the pronoun for, but not the reason.
Here are two questions:
>Seeing videotapes of astronauts has given Shelly and (him, he) inspiration. (I'm thinking him for this one)
>Carol has convinced my sister and (I, me) that traveling to Spain would be exciting. (thinking me)
Please tell me which reason and why and if my pronoun choice is correct.
Thanks! Hope someone can help me quickly!

You're right. It's simple, as the verbs has given and has convinced are followed by pronouns in the objective case, i.e. h
