Is this sentence grammatically correct?

Grammatically, I see no problem with it, apart from the fact that the word "I" should be written with capital letter, and the colon is unnecessary.

It's grammatically correct (note that the pronoun I needs capitalization); it's ethically horribly wrong, though.
