I received some help a few days ago. Thanks again, Clive. Hoping one of you fine folks could proof-read the passage below and, if required, offer suggestions.

Please accept this letter as confirmation that, in return for payment of the voluntary redundancy package, I no longer wish to pursue a complaint against my employer. This includes, but is not limited to, my stage three grievance.

I consider all disputes irrevocably closed.
