i have few questions but i wanna hear answer on my first...where should i start with learning grammar? tenses or what?

You won't be able to learn much of anything in grammar until you have some vocabulary. Learn as many words as you can. Some people think that learning a language is almost equivalent to learning its verb system, so I don't think you can go wrong by starting with verb tenses.

my bad. my vocabulary is good, i mean i watch movies without subtitles i read news on english but here's a problem.
i've been learning tenses for 3 days so far, but i got stuck at present pefect simple. firstly i'd love to ask something about this certain tense. is this everything that i have to know about p.p.s

when it comes to writing: wanna (want to), kinda (kind of), gonna (going to), I'mma (I'm going to), and the like

Okay.So i've never paid attention on grammar while i was watching some tv show or film but since i started with learning i noticed some interesting sentences and i want to understand them(i can of course to translate them but i want to understand from grammar point of view)
Here are the sentences(that i heard in tv show):
