It would seem to me the most straightforward and natural answer would be" If", which is not on the list. "She will be....." suggests strong future possibility and "having won..." suggests a hint of immediate present. It doesn't sound right, does it? Just curious.....

I see the time sequence eg in this way.
Last week she won the Malaysian Open.
Today the speaker says this sentence.
Next week she may be #1.
