Are the following sentences correct?
1.. Mr. Fox was so tall that he would not fit in any of our beds and had to sleep diagonally across the bed!
2. Among other talented people who taught at Cox College was now-famous actor-director-editor-broadcaster-writer Mr. John Heusen who does not need any introduction from me.

They are. Is that hyphen-abundant construction needed
