Hi

1.I have a doubt with this sentence.

The hand which served and the heart that loved left him.

Here the hand and the heart, are they necessarily to be of the same person?

2. Her last birthday celebration is/was a memorable experience.

vsuresh The hand which served and the heart that loved left him. Logically yes, without additional contexts, it could be one person's hand and heart, or maybe two different people, but why just one hand? When sentences miss the essential elements, they become questionable.
