hi, i have a question. in the test that i am doing now is a sentence: "This form ............ be handed in until the end of the week." There are 4 options to fill in the space: doesnt need; doesnt have; neednt; hasnt got. Does anyone know the right answer and explanation. I will be very obliged if you could help me.

The other 3 answers must be followed by 'to'...which is not in the sentence.
