which is correct?

He has been working/has worked for this company for more than thirty years.

His father disapproved his learning of Music.

or

His father disapproved of his learning of Music.

My opinion is, it would be more appropriate to use it as

"He has been working for this company since 1981".

"His father disapproved of his learning Music"

He has been working for this company for more than thirty years. (he is still working for this company)

He has worked for this company for more than thirty years. (he may or may not be working for this company anymore)

The 2nd question-- I am not sure.

But I think J is correct. His father disapproved of his learning of music.
