which sentence is correct and why?

1:

Kati is her thirties and reaaly generous.

kati is really generous and in her thirties.

2:

Does Sam wear glasses and have mustche?

Does Sam have a mutache and wear glasses?

Kati is in her thirties and rea ll y generous flows off my tongue more smoothly than the other option but I don't know of a grammatical rule that requires this. As for the other two sentences, both seem fine to me as long as you have an article with moustache/mustache and spell it correctly (a moustache). CB
