what is the difference between these two sentences?

500 holders each having a parcel of securities with a value of at least $2K and 400 holders each having a parcel of securities of a value of at least $2k?

We say, I have X with a value of Y.

We don't say, I have X of a value of Y.

We do say, "The value of X is Y," and "X has a value of Y."
