Can someone please tell me which is grammatically correct.

In a description: my mother, my sister, me and my father. Or

my mother, my sister, I and my father.

(In any case, I'd put me or I after "my father." It doesn't make sense to put you in the middle of the others.)

In my opinion, both are possible depending on how they are constructed in a sentence. As explained by GG, "me" should be placed at the end of the sentence as an object.
