Grammar!!!!

Hi,

I need some help...

can anyone explain the grammatical structure of this sentence:

"For example, a local bank or health care center maybfind that recognizing community celebrations, hiring members of neighborhood subgroups to serve as managers, and investing in local businesses and service providers all serve to reinforce allegiance to the brand."

Thank you
