Hola a todos!!

Hoy estaba haciendo un examen de TOEFL y aparece esta oración.

It is important for this venture to be adequately capitalized and financed if a satisfactory conclusion is to be achieved.

El ejercicio consiste en señalar la parte de la oración que esta mal . El libro señala las 4 partes que estan subrayadas y dice que la parte que está mal es : capitalñized y financed. No se bien porque está mal. Es por una cuestión de colocación ?? la verdad no lo sé. Alguién me puede ayudar

Y que está mejor gramaticalmente


I knew it was him or i knew it was he ( este mismo examen daba por correcta a la segunda opción)
