Explain the following sentence transformation patterns please.
1. Given: She swept the floor. Nobody asked her to.
Transformed: She swept the floor without being asked.
Is it correct to leave out "to", or isn't it?
2. He could swim well. Nobody taught him (to).

Should I omit "to" here?
