Is the following sentence in correct English grammar?

"The board has been further strengthened with the addition of Charles Shaw, Chairman of the hugely successful 5pm.co.uk and former Chief Executive of Invergordon Distillers plc and Andrew Sutherland former UK Financial Controller and Company Secretary of Keyline Builders Merchants."

Top answer

" The dot com name looks odd in lower case, but I don't know how else to deal with it unless you put it in italics. Unfortunately, no comma is grammatically called for after 'plc', but I think you can take control and use one anyway so that the reader needn't work to decipher the division between the 2 board members. Otherwise, you only need the comma I have placed after 'Sutherland'.
