i wan to ask about " either...or...." and "neither....nor..."

Either you or they (is /are) telling a lie .

Either he or I ( am,is ,are )

Neither of the two boys (know,knows)

Neither you nor she (is, are)

i dun know need to put wat answer.Is that see the last word such as either he or i am ,either he or they are, neither she or we are, neither they nor he is ...........
