Grammar

Here's how I see it.

1. I like mangoes. (fine)

2. I like a mango. (If there're some mangoes on the table you'd say 'I would like a mango (any mango). 'I like a mango' is unlikely.

3. I like the mango. (Again if there is just one mango on the table you'd say 'I'd like the mango' or perhaps there could be more than just one mango but you specifically point to one and say

All are possible formations in appropriate contexts.

And if you're eating a mango now, you could say I like the mango.

Dhaka university question ,right? Lol . well thumbs up bringing it on ..cause it's quite confusing .

I like mangoes.

I like mango.

I like mangoes.
