Hello,

while I was waching Dr Phil's videos, I heard the guest saying " I'm not finished talking to you".

Frankly speaking,I've never heard or read before that the verb "finish" can go with "to be".Is it used like "to have"?.I've heard a lot about "I have finished doing these things" but never "to be finish to do something".
