I want to know if the second sentence is correct -

She flaunted her jewelry. And so would I, had I only been that rich.

The second sentence is supposed to imply that if I was that rich, I would have flaunted too.

Is it a correct construction.

Anonymous I want to know if the second sentence is correct - She flaunted her jewelry. And so would I, had I only been that rich. It's not bad as is, but the strictly correct form is And so would I have , had I only been that rich.
