GRAMMAR

IS THIS SENTENCE CORRECT? MY SON SAYS YES. I BELIEVE A COMMA SHOULD COME AFTER THE WORD 'MORE'. IT SOUNDS LIKE THE WORD 'INFLUENCE' IS BEING USED AS A NOUN INSTEAD OF A VERB.

These things and more influence why I do not celebrate the The USA's Independence Day.

A small extra point.

These things and more influence why I do not celebrate the The USA's Independence Day.


It doesn't seem natural to use the capital I've marked in red.


And you accidentally said 'the The'.
