Hi, To me, the words "as per" and "per" are functionally the same, but they mean "according to". Thus, replacing "As per" with "according to", we will get this: ACCORDING TO our tele-conversation today, Mr. *** has already resigned as Director with effect from 01 June 2008.

  • Thus, replacing "As per" with "according to", we will get this: ACCORDING TO our tele-conversation today, Mr.
  • *** has already resigned as Director with effect from 01 June 2008.
  • But the meaning would be doubtful.

Hi,

But the meaning would be doubtful. I would write like this.
