Here are a few examples:

So:

I overslept, so I was late for work.

I have so much homework.

As:

My brother is as tall as my father.

I don't have as much money as I thought I did.

Even:

Even though I was late for work, I was still on time for the meeting.

I ate even more food than I usually do.

I have $5 even.

So:

I overslept, so I was late for work. OK

I have so much homework. OK, although it;s better to use 'so' to introduce a result/consequence, eg I have so much homework that I can't watch TV tonight.
