I agree that present perfect is "You haven't let me know."

So I think the sentence is simple present tense. It's simple past tense.

So If I change it for present perfect, it will become "You haven't let me know about the address". Yes.

I wonder if the verb 'tell (told)' would reflect your meaning better than 'let me know about'?
