The general idiom is finish in style (for example, Fred finished the race in style) and I've not heard 'with style' used in this sense.

Google seems to back this up with 210 for finish with style and 18,400 for finish in style.

It’s difficult to determine without a context. Learners must realize when you ask a question, a context in which the word or phrase is used is important to the meaning. Whether it is correctly used is partially depending on the context.

“Finish in style” and “Finish with style” are correct phrases. The question is with one is best suited the context.
