Please help to correct these sentences.

1) The way through xx building is completely secure

or

2) The way through xx building is completely secured

3) What is/are the safety settings that has/have been set for cars?

2. This measn that the way through is locked. It's secured - you can't get in.

3. safety settings is plural. So what do you think? Which of the verbs are in the plural form?

Also, "car" needs something - these cars, your cars, something.

- Have / cars ( it will be "has" if it is "car")
