Hello,
Please help me write the following sentences correctly. Thank you in advance for your help.

1. I was laid-off due to lack of work
2. The reason for leaving was I completed the program. It was a year contract.
3. It was a Summer Work-Study Program for undergradute student and I completed it.
4. Mr. Smith was my supervisor while I was an intern at the LA Dept. of Economic Development
5. Mr. David Regan and I met when we both participated in the CL Economic Development Academy. Mr. Stewart was also a CL' Power Community Representative for the City of ABC, which where I previously employed.
6. Dr. Smith was my supervisor when I was a student assistant in the College of Law, Career Services Office.
