Graduates

Hi, do I put "s" on "graduate" and "ed" on "graduate" because it's a fact.

Tom graduates from William Workman High in 2005.

When do I put "ed" or do I need to keep the "s" at all time. Can I also write it this way?

Tom graduated from William Workman High in 2005.

Hi Anon You should say "graduate d ". You should use the past tense because 2005 is in the past.
