Gradable/Non-gradable Adjectives

Hi,

I've asked the very same question couple of days ago but received no answer so I hope anyone could answer me this time.

How do we distinguish gradable from non-gradable adjectives. I mean is there any specific process or something to differentiate?
Or we should just simply check in dictionary?

Are all the extreme adjectives non-gradable? I guess not.
