Hi,Would you please tell me the difference beyween Graciously and Gracefully by providing examples?Is it correct to say "I am aging graciously" or Should i say "I am aging gracefully?"Thank you for your help.Regards.

"Graceful" refers to form, movement or proportion. "Gracious" indicates kindness or courtesy. I would say that there is no graciousness involved in aging, so I think "gracefully" is the better word.

He extended me a gracious invitation. Their comments about my performance were very gracious.

The lady slipped but gracefully regained her footing. Her dive from the board was the most graceful I've ever seen.

I think the term, which was coined in the 1940s, refers to a persons appreciation for what could be a negative state of function or existence; not artistic motion or form. My opinion is graciously, but I,m obviously outvoted on the internet.

It seems to me that either could be used, depending upon what you intend to mean. "Gracefully" seems to be focused on the person who is aging. Aging well in terms of appearance and movement, taking care of oneself. "Graciously" indicates that the aging person continues to, or has developed a tendency to, be kind and courteous to others. One seems to have to do how one looks and feels; the other with how one acts toward others.
