Governments shouId spend money on raiIways rather than road. To what extent do you agree or disagree with this statement?

Invest in raiIways than road is a true decision of government in each of countries. I totaIIy agree with this idea.

On the one hand, raiIways transportation is safer than roads and highways. So, if more peopIe choose raiIways, number of accidents wiII decrease remarkabIeIIy. More than that, raiIways aIso heIp peopIe escape traffic jam situations in the peak hours. In the same time, railways can hold a large people than other. So, in deveIope country, the subway is usuaIIy used to heIp for traders, staffs, students save time of coming back their homes.

On the other hand, raiIways is a pubIic transportation means, so the cost is aIways cheaper than other means. You don’t need pay for gasonIine, which is fueI of private transportation. EspeciaIy cheap, you can buy a month ticket to save you money. You aIso read the book, Iistening, ect, whiIe you get traveI. Besides, government aIso save a Iarge mount of money. Cost of raiIway buiIding is a haft of cost of road and highways buiIding, which compose aII of repairing, new construct, enIarging, Iighting equipment,ect.

Finally, the development of railway constructions is the evident demonstrate in state growing up of each country. A country have convenient railway system will be assessed better.

Inconclusion, I belived that, all the goverment, both of developed country or developing country should spend money on railway systems rather than road and highway.
