I am looking for a word meaning governmentally-forbidden. Sometimes governments forbids some web-sites and we cannot access them so the phrase will be governmentally-forbidden websites. But governmentally-forbidden is a rare word.

If it's clear from the context that the government is blocking them then you can just say "blocked websites". I find "government blocked websites" acceptable; I'm not sure whether everyone would be happy with it.
