GOTTEN UNDERWAY vs GETTING UNDERWAY

Are all ok please?

Season 4 has just gotten started, so we don't know what kind of trend it'll set.
Season 4 has just gotten underway, so we don't know hat kind of trend it'll set.
Season 4 is getting started, ...
Season 4 is getting underway, ...

are both GETTING STARTED and GETTING UNDERWAY correct grammatically and what's the difference?

How would you say this properly or which would you say please?
  • 10 minutes before we get there, tell me that we're getting there.

  • They all need to be of substantially the same size./of the same substantial size.

    She is overwhelmed/overloaded with work. (which would you say and what other word can you use?)
