What is the correct form?- I should have got this opportunity...- I should have gotten this opportunity...

Both forms are correct.  The past participle 'gotten', however, isn't normally used in British English.

I know that 'got' is a past tense. So, is 'gotten' a past tense too?

In AmE, the past participle of the verb 'get' is 'gotten'.
